Description
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team and work in a fun, supportive environment.
What you will be doing:
- Managing accounts payable function in Datascape, including processing supplier invoices and completing weekly payment runs
- Manage supplier on-boarding and maintenance and respond to supplier queries.
- Month end tasks and internal reporting
- Support accounts receivable including allocating and receipting payments.
- Provide general finance administration and customer-focused support to the wider organisation.
- Providing day to day administrative and project support
About you: You’ll bring strong attention to detail, sound computer skills (including spreadsheets), and the ability to work confidently with numbers and people.

Skills or Qualifications Required
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a Local Government or public sector environment
- Exposure to financial systems, invoice scanning or e‑invoicing platforms
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Exposure to debtor, revenue or bank reconciliation processes
